Basic Mermaid Course Content 1️⃣ Theory Class + Land Training (2-3 hours) • Physiology and physics of diving • History and culture of mermaids • Equalization techniques • Introduction to mermaid equipment • Breathing techniques for mermaids • Breath-hold training 2️⃣ Confined Water Training (Full-day course: 10 AM - 6 PM) • Equipment preparation, warm-up, and stretching • Proper entry and exit techniques • Snorkeling training • Correct breathing techniques • Breath-hold training and turning techniques • Mermaid kick training • Swimming at least 25 meters using dolphin kick (face up & face down) • 2-minute floating, cramp relief, and drowning prevention techniques • Buddy procedures and LMC rescue • Emergency tail removal • Equipment maintenance • Graduation photoshoot After completing the course, students will receive an internationally recognized PADI Basic Mermaid Certification and a beautiful mermaid photo shoot! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1️⃣理论课程+陆地训练：（2-3小时课程） 潜水的生理学知识，潜水的物理学知识，美人鱼的文化历史，耳压的平衡技巧方法，美人鱼的装备介绍，美人鱼的呼吸方法，闭气训练 2️⃣平静水域课程：（全天课程10am-6pm） 1. 装备准备,热身及拉伸练习，装备穿戴 2. 优雅入水及出水 3. 浮潜训练 4. 正确的呼吸技巧 5. 闭气训练，转身技巧 6. 美人鱼踢法训练 7. 使用海豚踢腿的方式在水面进行游动，至少25米，面朝上及面朝下各一次 8. 2分钟漂浮，抽筋解除，防溺水法 9. 潜伴程序及LMC救援 10. 紧急脱除鱼尾 11. 装备保养 12. 拍照结业 结业后，就可以收获国际认证的PADI的基础美人鱼证书，我还会为我的同学们拍摄美照
